Pay attention to the details. Don’t get lazy now. On the other hand, you may need to let go of your perfectionist tendencies. When is your work a higher expression of yourself? How do you operate in a team? What might you do now to take your work to the next level? What needs to happen for you to elevate your skills?

You need to organize your environment in a way that better supports you and your improvement. Maybe you don’t have the right people with the right skills in the right places to help steer you to meet those goals you want to achieve. Or maybe fear of sharing knowledge causes ineffective communication and resistance to change and new ideas. Or, you may need to continue education courses in your career-related field to improve your chance of getting a promotion or a pay raise. Whatever the cause of the disharmony within your work environment and poor job satisfaction, it is time to take some responsibility and do something about it. So, make sure to take a step back to analyze the situation, to figure out what exactly it is that you are trying to achieve, and to consider what you can do to improve within the team as well as within yourself. This is not the time to work against others, but rather the time to find a way to see eye to eye, if you are going to accomplish what needs to be accomplished.

The flame is lit! This is the time to really tune in to your dreams. Determination, self-assertion and bravery are called for. The caution? Don’t go too fast and forget your manners. Treat people well as you charge towards your goals.—you’ll create much better karma for yourself. Don’t even think about giving up.
