Even when it appears that you have everything you ever dreamed of, it still feels like something is missing deep down. For some you, you may be struggling to achieve your goals or feel as if you’re not gaining the rewards or recognition you deserve. For others of you, you may have gotten what you wanted but now find that it’s not what you hoped it would be like or may have later lost it. The 9 of Cups (R) represents unhappiness, misery, a lack of fulfillment, negativity and/or pessimism. The 9 of Cups (R) can also be an indicator that for some of you you could be lacking self-confidence or have low self-esteem or arrogance, conceitedness and a lack of emotional maturity. You may have lost touch with what’s important to you, choosing your ego and chasing what will impress others. Reconsider what you’re wishing for and align it with your Highest Good. Instead of looking outside yourself for your happiness, search within. Success and happiness mean different things to different people. So, instead of doing what you think will make other people happy, do what will make you happy. Ask yourself, 'What does success look like to me? And how will I know when I am successful?' Stop being extravagant and be true to yourself to grow as a person. You may need to tweak your goals to keep them in full alignment with your personal values. And you may need to be more proactive in creating an action plan to see your goals come to life. In the future you’re going to go through a period where you’re going to have to be much more mature than you usually are. You’ll have to be patient and understanding. The next step of action is to aim higher in life to get contentment and happiness. Give yourself the space to access the most compassionate and nurturing parts of yourself.
